	Landscape Committee The Landscape Committee is a standing committee formed to oversee and enhance the landscaping in Port Warwick. The committee monitors the Landscape Contractor for compliance with the Landscape Contract and proposes new landscape initiatives to the Board of Directors. Members: Don Karas Chair • Tom Chapman • Covenants Committee Port Warwick is designed to be an exceptional mixed use community. As such, a Covenants Committee is required by the Declaration for Port Warwick as a standing committee to regulate the design, signage, appearance, use and Upkeep of the Property. The purpose of the Covenants Committee is to carry out the community's design standards in a fair, consistent, and reasonable manner by uniform review procedures. Such review encourages design excellence and publishes design guidelines to aid property owners when submitting construction, home improvement, or landscaping plans for review.  To submit an application for review on line click here.  To print a copy of the Design Review Application click here. Members: Mike Robertson, Chair • Richard Gordon • Doug Coenen •Joan Morris• Jeff Stodgill Elections Committee In accordance with the Articles of Incorporation an Elections Committee is appointed by the Board of Directors prior to each meeting of the Association at which the directors are elected.  The Elections Committee must consist of one director whose term is not then expiring and at least two other persons who are not directors.  The Elections Committee develops and administers such procedures as approved by the Board providing for the election of directors by ballot of the Owners at annual meetings and, where appropriate, special meetings. Members: , Chair • Special Events Committee The Special Events Committee is a standing committee created to advise the Conservancy Board (Board) on issues concerning use of Conservancy property including concerts, rental considerations and seasonal events.  The Committee is currently engaged in developing the rental guidelines, application, and approval processes for Styron Square.  The Committee also: Sponsors and manages seasonal events. Monitors the Port Warwick Foundation who 1. Produces and Manages the Summer Sounds in Styron Square concert series. 2.
